of Chaos is offering you the opportunity to help support our upcoming
exhibits and events as well as youth programs. Best of all it won't
cost you a thing, in fact you can even make some money! We are asking
everyone to help us obtain sponsorships through item and monetary
donations as well as corporate sponsorships to fund our presence at
this years Let
the Children Play Music Festival on September 27th at San Jose's
Discovery Meadow. We plan to have a booth at the event as well as
3 mural projects, for details on our planned activities for the event

As
a thank you for participation in this fundraising event you will
receive 20% of all Monetary Donations you collect.
Our presence at Let the Children Play will provide us the opportunity
expose our artists and programs to a crowd of approximately 5000+
attendees. The exposure will provide the support we need to keep
bringing local art events and exhibits to the community and fund
our youth mentorship programs Heart of
Kids and the Community
Outreach Task Force.

- Deliver our request
for sponsorship letter by email, fax or in person to as many
businesses/individuals as you can.
- Ask family and friends to make monetary donations
- Tell people about Heart of Chaos and what we are doing for the
community, for an overview click here.
- Direct people to our websites for more information (http://www.heartofchaos.net
or http://www.catalystforyouth.org)
- Let businesses know we will list their
company name, logo and website as sponsors on both websites for
1 year after their donation is received.
- All donations are 100% tax deductible
- Log all collections on log form
and submit with your collections. Be sure to get email addresses
so we can thank all of our supporters!
