Become a Partner
Heart of Chaos Partners host solo and group exhibits to facilitate the promotion of local art. Partnerships are mutually beneficial as they bring people to your establishment. If you would like to become a Heart of Chaos Partner please contact Jen Sluga.

Partner with Heart of Chaos for the 3rd Annual Chalk Art Festival
We are currently seeking venues for our 3rd Annual Chalk Art Festival in the Summer fo 2009. Our chalk art events typical bring out a crowd of 300+ community members of all ages. If you have a community friendly space in San Jose and would like to host an event, please contact Jen Sluga.

How Does a Partnership Work?
Partner Responsibilities
- Provide public space for solo or group exhibits
- Establish length of exhibit with artist or HOC
- Establish time and date for reception with artist or HOC
- Heart of Chaos does not take commission from it's artists and therefore asks that our partners do the same
- Provide printed promotional flyer

(Solo/Duo) Artist Responsibilities
- Sign contract between Partner and Artist
- Establish length of exhibit with partner
- Establish installation and de-installation dates with partner
- Establish time and date of artist reception
- Complete installation on time
- Promote exhibit with provided flyers online and in person
- Complete installation on time

(Group Exhibit) Artist Responsibilities
- Complete entry form
- Deliver submissions by posted deadline date
- Pick up submissions during posted pick up dates
- Promote exhibit with provided flyers online and in person

Heart of Chaos Responsibilities
- Suggest solo artists/group exhibits for your venue
- Provide partner with contract for solo/duo exhibits
- Provide artwork for promotional flyers
- Promote calls for artists (group exhibits)
- Promote the exhibit online
- List event on Heart of Chaos website
- List your company/organization as a partner on our website
- Link to your company's website (where applicable)
- Feature the artist/event in our free e-bulletin
