Heart of Chaos,
Heart of Kids and Catalyst
for Youth will be providing art activities at this year's Let
the Children Play Music Festival, a festival and celebration
of children, art and music. Proceeds from the festival will benefit
Feed the
Children and the Milagro
foundation through Project Bay Area Gives, check out the YouTube
video for more details. This year's goal is to provide 1 million
meals to children in need, we are doing our part and need your help!
Heart of Chaos artists will be creating a mural themed Feed
the Children and collaborating with our Heart of Kids artists on
a seperate mural themed Let the Children Play. We will also be encouraging
attending children to participate in an open themed community mural.
The Heart of Chaos and Heart of Kids murals will be auctioned off
during the event. All proceeds from the auction will be donated
to Feed the Children and provide meals to children in need contributing
to the achievement of the 1 million meal goal.

Admission: $5 (free for children ages 12 and under)

Our volunteer run
artisan collective has hosted over 30 art exhibits
and events since 2003, more than a dozen were hosted between
January and July 2008 alone. Heart of
Chaos provides marketing services through exhibits and art-related
events. By opening the lines of communication for the artists to
network and establish a presence in the community whereby they can
enrich it through their vision. Heart of Chaos artists teach weekly
art classes to incarcerated youth at San Jose's Juvenile Hall as
part of our Community Outreach Task Force.
Most recently we established a youth artisan collective called Heart
of Kids which provides the same services as Heart of Chaos for
emerging young artists ages 4-15. The Let the Children Play event
provides an opportunity for Heart of Chaos to give back to youth
once again by providing meals for children in need worldwide. We
are proud to help Project Bay Area Gives achieve their goal of 1
