It all began
in the summer of 2007. Through partial funding provided by the City
of San Jose, Heart of Chaos and Catalyst for Youth successfully put
on the First Annual Chalk Art Festival. The three part series brought
artists and communities together for three seperate days of colorful
creation!
Thanks to our sponsors, the National
Hispanic University and Gardner Community Center we successfully
put ont he 2nd Annual Chalk Art Festival during the Summer of 2009.

We are currently seeking venues for our 3rd Annual
Chalk Art Festival in the Summer of 2009. Our chalk art events typically
bring out a crowd of 300+ community members of all ages. If you
have a community friendly space in San Jose and would like to host
an event, please contact Jen
Sluga.

We are currently seeking sponsors
for the Third Annual Chalk Art Festival anticipated for Summer 2009.
Sponsorship includes the following benefits:
- Sponsorships are 100% tax deductible

details in chalk at the entrance of the event viewable by an expected
audience of 300+ attendees
